Customer was having probems with a vision guided robot pick and place. Customer asked to have the vision program automatically changeover when a new product is selected. Customer was having issues with parts passing that should not pass after making some minor modifications. Customer called with issues with their machine randomly faulting in certain situations. Involving the indexing of the rotary dial table.
