The Clip Setter Speed-Dock Feeder for Operator Support supplies clops or fasteners to the Clip Setter HHP and HLP hand-held tools. The CS SDF OS consists of a vibratory bowl feeder, a pre-load Clip queue, and a loading dock. The system utilizes high/low level limit sensors in conjunction with a PLC to manage the re-loading activities. The top-plate mounted HMI panel is used to configure the feed system and to track basic utilization data.
