This four-station rotary index dial machine produces a form-in-place gasket on an automotive speaker frame. The product is loaded by an operator, and then indexed to the plasma-treat station where the surface is cleaned by a six-axis robot and prepared for bonding. A second six-axis Epson robot at the next station uses a Sunstar Enineering dispense system to apply the gasket. The last station is equipped with a pick-n-place to transfer the product onto a UV curing conveyor oven.
